I'm trying to order dash and or floor mats, however it says 'SOLD OUT"

All dash and floor mats work on a limited ordering system. Orders open 7am Australian Eastern Standard Time on the FIRST of every month and remain open until sold out. Sometimes ordering will reopen mid-month. Please keep an eye out for updates on our socials and the home page of our website. If you have an order that is required sooner, please contact us and we can discuss options.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

As every Saiko Custom Works product is customisable, we allow up to 14 days for manufacturing PLUS shipping. Please continue to check tracking for shipping updates. We will be in touch with you if your order is delayed for any reason.

The custom items are listed at $149 - is this how much they are?

All custom upholstery prices start at $149, however if you have a very small repair job e.g., planning eyelets in a tarp or reinforcing some stitching on a tiedown, we can chat to you about pricing. Please contact us for a free quote or if you have any further questions.

Can I just send you my original floor mats as a template for new ones?

Unfortunately, not, while we use original mats as a base template, we like to make modifications to ensure a perfect fit. This means templating straight from the car itself! If there is a particular product that you are after, please feel free to contact us at any time.
